Colorado Tire and Service

Called in the afternoon to see about a last minute alignment. They said they could try to take care of it, but would first do a complimentary inspection on it to ensure they could do a proper alignment. When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk staff who informed me that Dardanelle who I had spoke to on the phone was out. Currently test driving a car. She actually reached out to see how long it would take before he arrived so that he could speak with me directly. Once Darnell arrived I went over what I thought I needed and he had one of his mechanics, Aiden jump right in the car to take it for a test drive. I drive a 2017 terrain, that I had previously had suspension work done on the driver side. When they return they informed me of some wear and tear on some parts. Front lower control arm needed to be replaced as well as the rear passenger side wheel bearing. They actually brought me back into the shop so I could observe what they were talking about, and thankfully due to having some knowledge I was able to confirm that I needed to replace the parts. Darnell was able to get me a quote and send it over to my phone with what I could expect, and also went over a plan of action.

I've been going to Colorado Tire and service for years for all different types of my car repair services needs, ranging from simple service like oil change to more complicated one, like transmission and engine mount replacement. I trust Darnell and his team to do a good job on all my cars and trust his feedback on whether a repair is necessary or optional. Darnell is really reliable and knowledgeable about cars. If you have multiple high cost repair needs that seem to have to be done at the same time (like transmission, brake replacement etc) Darnell will help you prioritize the repairs to minimize the repair cost at that one time. The repair cost is commensurate with the excellent quality of the repair and service. I never have to go back to have my repairs re-done and they always last for a long time. Thank you Darnell and team for helping my family and me keep our cars in excellent driving condition! 🙏🥰

These guys are awesome! Had some issues with an engine coil. Warranty company said they wouldn't cover it but they were able to take care of business for me anyway. I would've been in a bad spot without Colorado tire and service. Above and beyond these guys went out of their way to make it happen. I can't thank them enough. Quality work. Exceptional customer service. How about 10 stars!!?

Great shop! I have taken my car here twice and will definitely be back. Christopher was very polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. I originally brought my car in for brakes and an oil change, but unfortunately, my oil plug was stuck due to a mistake made by a previous 'quick shop' place. Darnell actually took me into the shop to show me exactly what the issue was and explained the plan to fix it. They had everything resolved in just two days, which I really appreciated. When all was done they even brought my car to me! Overall, the customer service and auto work are amazing. Thank y’all so much! 🙂

I had a great experience with Colorado Tire and Service. They helped me out with many repairs to my car and treated me with kindness and professionalism from start to finish. They replaced my windshield, fixed my rearview mirror, and repaired my radio, etc. Everything came out perfect!! What I appreciated most was their honesty and affordable pricing. They took the time to explain the repairs and didn’t make me feel pressured or overcharged. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and this team definitely earned it. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable car repairs.
